Not sure of how many days you'll be there, but your girls will likely LOVE Whispering Canyon Cafe for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! You can see photos here.
There are a couple of write-ups about the Cafe on the Disney Food Blog as well: Here's a write-up with photos of the restaurant and info on the fun service and pranks here.
Wilderness Lodge is also recommended by several members of the Disney World Moms Panel for dining with kids (see this info here, along with other suggestions for dining in Disney with kids).
Roaring Forks is a good choice at the Wilderness Lodge for your counter service credits. Good food, close to the pool!
Some other table-service restaurants we like that are close to the WL are Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary Resort (get a reservation soon, as this is a popular "character dining" experience, where the characters come and visit your table), Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom (another character experience -- with Pooh characters), and Cinderella's Royal Table in the castle at the magic Kingdom. Your girls will love this one. Tough to get a reservation, though, so call early.
To make reservations, call 407-WDW-DINE up to 180 days before your trip.
If you'd like more suggestions, just let me know!
The counter service is great ! I really did like the food and selection. They may enjoy sitting outside at the tables and feeding the ducks. ( I know theres a sign do not feed wildlife ) I wont tell .its still so much fun). They like croissants!
