Wilderness Lodge Pool Comparison

Silver Creek Springs Pool
While enjoying your Disney vacation at Wilderness Lodge, you can take advantage of the two pools on property: The Hidden Springs Pool and the Silver Creek Springs Pool.

The Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge offer the Hidden Springs Pool, which is located between the Villas and Bay Lake. There are three massive jets located in separate sections of the pool, which give this pool its name – it’s truly reminiscent of a bubbling spring! This pool is intended for use by Disney Vacation Club members, and also includes a large Jacuzzi tub you can use to relax after a long day at the theme parks.

For guests who are not DVC members, you can take advantage of the second pool at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge – the Silver Creek Springs pool. When you enter the lobby, you’ll notice a hot spring – this is actually the headwaters for Silver Creek, which flows out of the lobby and through the resort courtyard before culminating at the Silver Creek Springs pool.

This pool has several more amenities than the Hidden Springs Pool, including two Jacuzzi hot tubs as well as a kid-friendly water slide. Fire Rock Geyser also erupts every hour until 10 p.m. at night, giving all an amazing sight to see. Plus, Silver Creek Springs pool has the Trout Pass Pool Bar for guests to enjoy a cold beverage while lounging poolside.

Whether you are a Disney Vacation Club member or a normal guest of Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, these two pools will help you enjoy the most of your resort stay and your Walt Disney World vacation.
